Entry 6 - Settling into routine

Still more quiet times of late, I’m in the process of finalising the order for the lab kit, which is quite exciting. Other than that not much has really happened, I’m settling in to the domestic rhythm a bit more and I finally sorted out a mobile phone, although still no sim card as the queue in the shop was a bit ridiculous.

Another puppy arrived a few days ago. She’s an Alsatian/Rottweiler cross, at half the age of Papaya she’s already twice the size. I think she’s going to be massive! She’s got teeth as sharp as toothpicks though, she was playing with my foot the other day and properly laid into it! The two puppies are constantly running around the place, it’s a wonder they’ve not destroyed anything yet.

Here’s a link to a powerpoint I made to help me learn the catalogue for anyone who’s interested; http://db.tt/1r8l66q. Sorry for the decrease in blog volume of late, I’ll start writing more once everything kicks off!

  2. You need to watch out for your toes. they could turn into your achillee's heel as it were.
Did you by any chance look up the best and worst jokes from the fringe. A couple of crackers for the notebook.
Oh and I hope that you checked out the rugby results from Sat. Go Chiefs.

  3. I sure did, one of the benefits of a distinct lack of international talent, shame it only comes round every 4 years!
